Requirements
- Strong experience in PHP/Laravel development
- Creative problem-solving and programming skills

- Experience with software optimisation and performance tuning
- Experience with AI/Python would be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Join our Innovations Team working on proof of concepts and AI enablement
- Build proof of concepts and the resulting project work
- Work across the business to identify opportunities to implement new technology that optimises operations and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines, including data analytics and operations
- Develop primarily in our PHP/Laravel/Vue stack
- Explore emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions beyond our core stack
