Lapwing is a specialist therapeutic education provider and charity, working with young people facing exclusion from education, employment and the community through social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities. Lapwing delivers a broad range of highly personalised education programmes and projects that are designed to meet the needs of and help realise the aspirations of each young person.

We are recruiting an Education Support Administrator (Attendance) to provide fundamental administrative support for our evolving organisation.

This role will suit someone who is pro-active, able to work on their own initiative and can multitask efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have had experience of working in an office environment and understand the importance of reporting on attendance of our young people. You will be able to accurately record, report and interpret data and communicate clearly with parents, our delivery staff and external stakeholders.

This is an office-based position situated in Martlesham Heath, working 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only), ideally working between 9.30am – 3.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
