This isn't an office-based role. You'll be hands-on, out on the operational floor, leading teams, solving problems in real time and making decisions that directly impact performance. It's an opportunity to take the leadership, communication and performance mindset you've developed in sport and put it into practice in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities

- Former Professional athlete
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Experience in operations or logistics beneficial, not essential
