We’re looking for experienced, proactive, and joyful individuals to join us as Golden Experience Supervisors for the 2025 season at our Ascot site.
The Role
As a Golden Experience Supervisor, you\’ll take the lead operationally on shift, guiding and supporting a team of Hosts to ensure each family’s magical journey through Lapland is smooth, seamless, and full of joy.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across key guest touchpoints including theatrical spaces, dining areas, performance zones, and the all-important gifting moment. With strong communication and calm leadership, you’ll be central to delivering a first-class experience for guests and a positive working environment for the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full guest journey and supporting Hosts during live operations
- Delivering team briefings and resolving issues in real time
- Ensuring spaces like dining, seating, and gifting are prepared for each tour
- Liaising with departments such as Wardrobe, Food & Beverage, and Event Control
- Championing accessibility and inclusion throughout the experience
- Leading by example to maintain morale and high standards
- Managing shift schedules, reporting absences, and supporting team wellbeing
- Enforcing safety procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards
Who We’re Looking For
You might have experience in live events, visitor attractions, theatre, or hospitality, but what matters most is your calm confidence, team-first mindset, and drive to help create outstanding guest experiences.
You’ll need:
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience in a guest-facing role
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Awareness of accessibility and health & safety procedures
- Confidence with tech and digital schedules
- A hands-on, positive attitude and festive team spirit
