Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5-hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience – and our cast plays a vital role in making that magic happen.
ROLE TITLE: MAGIC ELF
As a Magic Elf, you\’ll be one of 32 unique characters who bring our immersive Christmas story to life. Each elf is given their own special name, personality, and storyline, and plays a vital role in creating unforgettable memories for every family who visits. You’ll be in character throughout the experience, guiding families through the snowy wonderland, assisting Father Christmas in his magical visits, and ensuring every moment feels full of wonder and authenticity. Whether leading guests to the Father Christmas huts or supporting behind the scenes, Magic Elves are a crucial part of the LaplandUK story.
We’re ideally looking for individuals with acting or performance backgrounds, but no experience is required – just energy, confidence, and a friendly, engaging presence. If you enjoy working with people, stepping into character, and being part of something truly special, we’d love to hear from you.
You can choose to work full-time or part-time. Part-time roles must be a minimum of 3 days per week.

KEY DATES:
Paid Training: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2025 and the beginning of November 2025.
Live Event: Lapland 2025 will run from 11th November – 24th December 2025.
