StaffPoint hakee Lapland Hotels Saagaan Ylläkselle Salin vuoropäällikköä iltapainotteiseen työsuhteeseen. Etsimme nyt mukaan luottoesihenkilöä, jolla sielu on Lapissa, aito palvelu selkäytimessä sekä asenne ja kiinnostus arkijohtamiseen kohdillaan. Aikaisempi esimieskokemus ravintolasta on eduksesi tehtävään hakiessasi. Myös juomatuotetuntemus sekä kiinnostus ruokaan ja tunnelmajohtamiseen ovat roolissa tärkeitä. Toivomme ensisijaisesti löytävämme henkilön, joka viihtyy Lapin kausityössä ja on käytettävissä talvikaudella 2026–2027. Mikäli mahdollista, työntekijä voi aloittaa jo syksyn ruskasesongissa.

Tässä työssä vastuualueeseesi kuuluu suorittavan työn sekä arki- ja vuorojohtamisen lisäksi muun muassa juomatuotteesta vastaaminen niin valikoiman, tilausten kuin inventaarion osalta yhdessä ravintolan muiden esihenkilöiden kanssa. Saagan ravintolamaailmaan kuuluu kolme erityylistä ravintolaa:

  • À la carte -ravintola Tsohka, joka tarjoaa laadukkaita ja puhtaita Lapin makuja
  • Buffet-ravintola Biegga, jossa tarjoillaan aamiaista, lounasta ja päivällistä
  • Bistro, jonka listalta löytyvät mehevät burgerit sekä Lappi-henkiset cocktailit

Talvisesonkina tunteja on keskimäärin 112,5h/3 vikkoa. Talvisesonkina työt alkavat marraskuun puolessa välissä ja kestävät toukokuun alkuun. Työsuhde solmitaan työntekijän ja StaffPointin välille. Lapland Hotels -ketju on savuton työpaikka.
