This role sits within our Laplace Building Solutions North team, delivering BMS projects, service, and support across a wide portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.
Laplace Solutions is seeking multiple Systems Engineers (BMS) to join our Glasgow office, working within the Laplace Building Solutions North team. This is a site-based role, supporting service, commissioning, and system optimisation across live client environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commissioning and servicing BMS systems across multiple sites
- Fault finding and diagnostics on live building systems
- Modifying and optimising control strategies
- Integrating BMS with third-party systems
- Supporting project delivery and attending client sites as required
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with company and industry standards
We are particularly interested in engineers with experience in:
- Siemens BMS systems (Desigo, PX, ABT) – essential
- Trend Controls (IQ / IQ5 / SET / 963)
- Tridium / Niagara
- Schneider Electric systems
About You:
- Strong experience working with BMS in live environments
- Confident fault finding and commissioning systems independently
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and control strategies
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Professional and client-facing on site
