Lapis Home in Reading is seeking a Lead Installer to head day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes.
You will manage a two-person team, with no overnight stays and full on-site responsibility, backed by a company van, fuel card and tools.
This permanent salaried role offers a base salary of £27,500–£35,000 plus up to £5,000 annual bonus, 31 days leave, pension, employee discount and a referral scheme.
