Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes across your local InstaLoft region — employed, salaried and secure, with no overnight stays. You lead a two-person team (we provide and pay your Assistant Installer) and own quality and health & safety on site.
Company van, fuel card and all tools supplied.
Base £27,500–£35,000 plus up to £5,000 company bonus, overtime on top.
31 days paid leave, company pension, employee discount and referral scheme.
Full UK driving licence and proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience required.
