Insta Loft is hiring a Lead Installer to head day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes across your local Insta Loft region.
You will lead a two-person team and own quality and health & safety on site.
The role includes a company van, fuel card and all tools supplied, plus a base salary £27,500–£35,000 with potential bonus up to £5,000. 31 days paid leave, pension, employee discount and a referral scheme.
