Lapidari Group is a fast-growing specialist contractor delivering high-end natural stone and tiling packages on prestigious residential, commercial and hospitality developments throughout London, the south east and nationwide.

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional projects, building strong client relationships and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.

The Role

You will take ownership of multiple projects from contract award through to final account, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with our Managing Director, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and clients, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent commercial performance while providing an exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple stone and tiling projects simultaneously.
  • Lead project planning, procurement and programme delivery.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and logistics.
  • Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
  • Chair and attend client and site meetings.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Resolve technical and contractual issues quickly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, architects and main contractors.
  • Mentor Site Managers and support the continued growth of the business.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager within construction.
  • Experience in natural stone and tiling is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to lead several projects without compromising quality.
  • A full UK driving licence.
