We are looking for a creative Sales Executive, with a passion for interiors in our luxury Harrogate Showroom. The primary objective of the role is to drive sales success by developing relationships across a range of clients including Retail End Users, Architects, Interior Designers, Showroom Partners and Contractors. Our aim is to ensure that Lapicida is seen as the stone supplier of choice.

You will be:

  • Guiding customers around our luxury showroom.
  • Helping customers navigate around our products.
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Hungry to achieve and exceed wherever possible both showroom and individual sales targets.
  • Liase between customers and the rest of the team.
  • Experience in luxury retail or other customer facing environments.
  • Enjoy presenting our products to clients with a good understanding of colours and design concepts whilst explaining features and benefits.
  • Strong overall written communication skills for social media and customer communication.
  • Keen understanding of timelines and the ability to close sales efficiently.
  • To prospect and introduce new clients to Lapicida.
  • To build on existing client relationships to ensure long-term opportunities are built and maintained.
  • To work proactively as a team member within the showroom environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Exceptional presentation and selling skills are essential.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues as a strong team member.
  • Computer literate with ability to use Navision, Word, Outlook.
