Objectif de la mission : Recherche d'experts ServiceNow pour des projets en cours ou à venir dans les secteurs KSA, UAE, Egypte, Royaume-Uni et États-Unis, avec un accent particulier sur le Moyen-Orient.
Missions principales :
- Entretiens et négociations avec des clients pour identifier leurs besoins en ServiceNow
- Recrutement de professionnels expérimentés dans ServiceNow, tels que les consultants ITOM, experts Service Mapping, architectes certifiés CTA, analystes d'affaires, profils arabophones et autres experts ServiceNow disponibles immédiatement ou sur courte période
- Mise en place de programmes pour des démarrages en janvier et les premiers trimestres de l'année
Profil recherché :
- Expérience solide dans les domaines ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, SPM et architecture de plateforme
- Compétences en français ou arabe pour travailler avec des clients du Moyen-Orient
