We are seeking a NQ solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution Team based at our Telford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career with a supportive and forward-thinking firm, under the supervision of a highly experienced property litigation specialist.

The role will handle a diverse but dedicated caseload of property litigation matters, involving all types of disputes or potential disputes relating to land, including but not limited to:

  • adverse possession and boundary claims;
  • claims about the use of land, including right of way disputes, nuisance claims and the enforceability of restrictive covenants;
  • landlord and tenant disputes of all kinds;
  • enforcement of charging orders and other formal or informal charges over land.

Communication skills are essential, together with a strong client service ethic. The successful applicant will be keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
