Job Description

If you’re a NQ-2PQE solicitor/legal executive with experience of Court of Protection work, we may just have the opportunity you’re looking for.

The latest edition of Legal 500 states Lanyon Bowdler’s Court of Protection Team ‘continues to attract complex work from across the UK on a range of contentious property and welfare cases’. The team’s caseload of complex and high value Deputyship work also continues to grow at pace.

The team is welcoming and friendly and would suit an ambitious and driven individual who is keen to develop their skillset in this rewarding and ever developing area of law.

The role, based at our Shrewsbury office, will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact. The ability to develop and build strong relationships and a compassionate approach when acting in the best interests of vulnerable clients is essential.
