We are seeking a NQ solicitor to join our Contentious Probate Team based at our Shrewsbury office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career with a supportive and forward-thinking firm, under the supervision of a highly experienced contentious probate specialist.
The role will handle a diverse but dedicated caseload of contentious probate matters, including but not limited to:
- Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Probate disputes
- Applications to remove executors and trustees
Good communication skills are essential, together with a strong client service ethic. The successful applicant will be keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
