An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5-10 PQE solicitor to join our growing commercial and agricultural property department in Hereford or Ludlow. This is a great chance to join one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in the commercial and agricultural property sector. We are well known for offering a high quality service and for having strong technical knowledge.
This is an opening to work in a close and supportive environment, utilising and developing your skillset. It is an opportunity for an individual who wants to work in a friendly and supportive environment at a firm which is modern, progressive and forward-thinking.
The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact where you will be responsible for running your own files and working closely with other individuals within the commercial and agricultural property team in Shrewsbury (and as part of a team of 30 across the entire firm). We offer a “city” type service, with a local, friendly approach. Through the staff we employ and the technology we invest in, we are able to act for some of the largest landowners in England and Wales.
The right person for this role will have an in-depth understanding of property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. Hard-working, with a passion for business development and strong, confident interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, are vital traits for this role, along with working as a part of a team.
