Responsibilities
- Provide high level support enabling lawyers to operate at optimum efficiency.
- Prepare initial appointment communications to clients, use DocuSign for electronic signatures where required, and assist with efficient billing.
- Assist with court proceedings, including filing applications and documents with the court, and producing court bundles.
- Work with a team of specialists as part of the Legal Services Team, using a high degree of self-management and initiative.
- Maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly approach while ensuring a quality service is always achieved.
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience in a busy, professional, team-oriented environment is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to work across a range of IT platforms.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with good telephone manners and strong communication skills.
