What you’ll be doing
- Supporting personal injury files from onboarding to closure
- Gathering and processing client information
- Carrying out system searches and checks
- Arranging appointments and managing workflows
- Preparing correspondence and documentation
- Keeping accurate, well-organised records
- Being a helpful first point of contact for clients, colleagues and other contacts
