The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.
Due to our continued expansion we are now seeking a driven corporate and commercial solicitor. We will consider all candidates regardless of PQE.
Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc.
