Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor/conveyancer (5+ years) to join our Residential Department. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment that offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part‑time options.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, easements, transfers of equity and sales of properties.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong client‑service ethic.
- Support the team’s proactive approach to business development and build your own reputation within the market.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years’ experience (PQE) in residential property law.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
- Hard‑working, motivated to develop a career in residential property.
