What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction to post-completion
- Reviewing title, carrying out searches and drafting legal documents
- Handling exchange, completion, SDLT and Land Registry registrations
- Working closely with estate agents, developers and other referrers
- Building client relationships and helping us win new work
- Working with colleagues in other departments on joint matters
What we’re looking for
- Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or conveyancing legal executive
- 3+ PQE across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Confidence in taking instructions and advising clients clearly
- A good track record of turning quotes into instructions
- Sound knowledge of AML regulations and the Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
