We have an excellent opportunity for a legal support assistant to join our Family Department, based in our open plan offices.
Either in Hereford or Ludlow.
You'll join a supportive team of specialists within our wider Legal Services Team, working for a progressive, forward-thinking firm that invests in its people.
- What you'll be doing
- Preparing initial appointment letters and sending these to clients
- Using Docu Sign to manage electronic signatures
- Assisting with efficient and accurate billing
- Supporting court proceedings, including filing applications and documents
- Producing court bundles
What we're looking for
You'll be organised, self-motivated and comfortable using your own initiative in a busy environment.
A professional, friendly and confidential manner is essential, along with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
You should be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, and confident picking up new IT systems.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but isn't essential.
We're just as interested in your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
