LANXESS UK is recruiting a HSEQ Specialist – Systems to work at our Trafford Park site!
About the Role
LANXESS is looking for an experienced HSEQ Specialist - Systems to enhance and manage our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Management System.
This role will ensure ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance and oversee site‑wide legal and environmental compliance, audits, training, and sustainability initiatives.
- Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits, ISO standards, and waste management.
- Coordinate internal audits and lead incident investigations.
- Manage environmental data, performance reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on safety training and HSEQ improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Experience as an HSEQ Specialist in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, regulatory compliance, and ISO standards.
- Skills in data analysis, training, and cross‑functional teamwork.
- Ability to work site‑based and build relationships focused on safety and sustainability.
