What You’ll Do
- Own and manage relationships with key global accounts – you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our customers.
- Handle order management from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve challenges and keep customers informed.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and support our digitalisation goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (additional European languages highly desirable – German preferred)
- Experience in B2B customer service or order management (chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to prioritise, work independently, and stay proactive under pressure
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a love for learning
Nice-to-Haves
- SAP or similar ERP experience
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or international trade
