Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Product Development Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As Product Development Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of instructor-led training programmes across a diverse product portfolio. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from scoping and development to launch, maintenance, and review, ensuring that each product is delivered to a high standard, meets market needs, and aligns with regulatory and internal quality requirements. By managing and supporting a small team of 1–3 direct reports and collaborating closely with departments, you’ll drive product innovation based on customer research, user feedback, and market trends. Additionally, you will:
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, resolving risks and managing progress
- Oversee internal quality checks, maintaining compliance with industry and audit standards
- Use analytics and customer insights to inform product strategy and improve learner outcomes
About You
To be considered as our Product Development Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in product or project management
- Excellent team leadership and performance management skills
- A strong grip on risk management, scheduling, and project delivery
- A good understanding of how to respond to market trends and customer feedback
- An understanding of product development processes
- Strong communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
