The Role
As an Operations Systems Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the systems and technology that enable the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation. Specifically, you will provide administrative and super user support across operational systems, ensuring internal and external users receive timely resolutions to issues and effective day-to-day system support.
You will also support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of operational systems, contributing to testing activity, reporting and user training to help ensure systems remain efficient, reliable and fit for purpose. Additionally, you will:
- Support helpdesk and operational systems administration, and data maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers
- Deliver training sessions and develop user support materials
- Produce Power BI and report builder reports
- Test system enhancements and bug fixes
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in line with ISO 9001 and GDPR
About You
To be considered as an Operations Systems Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Administrative experience in a technical or governance role
- Experience of liaising with third party suppliers
- Experience of supporting users of software/systems
- Experience of managing a software/systems helpdesk
- Experience of replicating issues and testing fixes
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Technical acumen
- Experience of using MS Project and the MS Office toolset, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness
- A good secondary level of education
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our location)
