As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the performance, security and reliability of our IT systems and network infrastructure. Specifically, you will provide expertise, installation, support and direction on client network issues. These will include Active Directory/MS Entra, DNS, DHCP, security, virus prevention, backups, disaster recovery, email, and general network performance. Working closely with CSPs, you will monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure and collaborate on first response user support. You will manage our cloud environment, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS). Additionally, you will maintain Cisco Meraki, Azure and Intune.
About You
To be considered as an IT Systems Administrator, you will need:
- Proven experience in systems administration and server maintenance
- Experience supporting Azure-based environments and network infrastructure
- Experience working with Active Directory and/or MS Entra and cloud services
- A current CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure certification or equivalent (obtained or refreshed within the last three years)
Experience with Cisco Meraki would be beneficial to your application.
