As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an Instructor Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Instructor Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the organisation of quality assurance (QA) activity to support the new and existing Instructor/Assessor network. Supporting recruitment drives, you will ensure the network is adequate for the needs of the business and Instructors and Assessors are trained to the required skill levels. You will also review and process the annual membership of Instructors, Customised Provision Instructors and Assessors.
Additionally, you will co-ordinate quality assurance activity, including organising spot visits, monitoring performance and working with the network to implement improvements and maintain consistent standards. Your role will also involve:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and records
- Managing and responding to correspondence promptly
- Arranging CPD, standardisation and update events
- Supporting skills assessments, interviews and progression routes
About You
To be considered as an Instructor Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of managing external subcontractors
- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes
- An understanding of QA processes
- To be methodical
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
