This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or MRCVS, with an IQA, EQA or other relevant quality qualification, to join our growing organisation. The Role
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding the quality, integrity and regulatory compliance of our Veterinary Nursing qualifications and End Point Assessments across the UK. You will ensure that all qualification content, delivery and assessment practices meet the standards set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the relevant UK qualification regulatory bodies. Acting as the primary liaison with the RCVS, you will maintain a strong, collaborative relationship to ensure qualification frameworks, assessment methodologies and quality assurance processes remain aligned with current professional and regulatory expectations. You will also oversee the quality assurance of all providers delivering our veterinary nursing qualifications, ensuring consistent, high-quality learner experiences and robust assessment decisions. This will include managing the External Quality Assurance (EQA) team, monitoring provider performance and ensuring assessment outcomes are fair, valid and reliable.
About You
To be considered as a Quality Manager, you will need:
- Experience working as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or MRCVS within the UK
- Experience working with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
- Strong communication skills

- RVN/MRCVS qualification
