We develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications, delivered through a network of training Provider Partners. The role of Policy and Partnership Manager is not a typical policy or public affairs role. You’ll sit at the centre of Lantra’s work with government, industry and partners - shaping how the land‑based and environmental sectors are understood, funded and supported. This is a role for someone who can turn evidence into influence. You’ll shape credible policy positions, build trusted partnerships and help ensure Lantra’s voice is heard - and acted on - in national conversations about skills and workforce development.
