As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive individual with strong customer service skills and experience in a practical site role to join our leading organisation. In this varied position, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day site operations, creating a welcoming, professional environment, and making a visible difference every day.
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will provide a welcoming, professional front-of-house reception service at our Kenilworth site, while proactively managing day-to-day site facilities. Working closely with outsourced partners, including security, maintenance, cleaning and site service contractors, you'll help to keep the site running smoothly and safely.
You will also act as the first point of contact for building-related issues, maintain records, manage the post, and oversee storage cupboard supplies. Additionally, you will:
- Co-ordinate health and safety for the office
- Work with the IT Team to ensure the security of the building
- Ensure the creation, maintenance and review of all policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate the staff volunteer gardening club and gardening contractor
About You
To be considered as a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Good customer service experience
- Experience in a proactive, practical site role
- Experience in a front-facing role
- Good telephone skills
- The ability to manage maintenance and service contractors
- Good IT Skills
- Health and Safety knowledge
- To be proactive
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
