Head of Product (Qualifications and Awards) HQ, Midlands, UK | £70,000 - £80,000 base + Benefits Our client is a leading awarding organisation , with a strong focus on land, agriculture and the wider green economy. It has a broad product portfolio of qualifications and awards delivered to the industry through training providers and industry organisations. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Product to lead the creation, development and evolution of our portfolio of qualifications, awards, apprenticeships and accredited programmes. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of skills across the nature-based sector, working alongside employers, industry partners and training providers to ensure our products remain relevant, innovative and impactful. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead a team of 13 FTE and take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from market insight and product strategy through to development, launch and ongoing review. You will identify growth opportunities, drive product innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong partnerships across industry. Develop and deliver product strategy across qualifications, awards, apprenticeships and accredited programmes. Lead the design, development and review of new and existing qualifications and assessment products. Drive innovation and identify opportunities for portfolio growth and commercial success. Ensure products remain compliant with Ofqual and wider regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, professional bodies and industry stakeholders. We're looking for a strategic leader with a passion for product development and a strong understanding of the UK qualifications landscape. Track record experience of developing and launching qualifications , awards or apprenticeship products. Strong knowledge of qualification regulation , assessment design and quality assurance. Experience managing product portfolios and supporting commercial growth. The ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders and bring industry voices into product development.
