Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Careers Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, with regular travel across the UK expected.

The Role
As a Careers Co-ordinator, you will help deliver our Careers Strategy by ensuring that our careers resources are reflective of the market and relevant training and qualifications are available.
Specifically, you will support our careers strategy by developing links with stakeholders and industry representatives, ensuring careers resources reflect sector opportunities and relevant training. You will undertake a mix of administrative tasks, stakeholder engagement, and event organisation, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.
You will also support the organisation and promotion of career-focused events, maintain online content and contact records, and respond to career enquiries with accurate, helpful guidance.
Additionally, You Will
- Keep online careers information and sector details up to date
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming careers enquiries
- Assist in the development of new careers resources and case studies
- Organise and attend events across the UK, ensuring effective outreach and promotion
- Liaise with Lantra colleagues to deliver consistent careers messaging
About You
To be considered as a Careers Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience of engaging with students and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the post-16, post-18, apprenticeships and training education sector
- Experience of working within the sector or a related organisation
- Experience of engaging with students
- The ability to engage with, and influence, a range of contacts and groups
- To be self-driven, personable and organised, with attention to detail, a sense of humour, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to speak with peers at all levels
- IT proficiency and basic research skills
- Confidence to create engaging and impactful content
- A further level qualification or evidence of ability to work at this level
- A full, UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location and travel requirements)
