Lantra is a leading awarding body for land-based industries in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications, delivered through a network of training Provider Partners.

As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for an Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Highways Training Provider network. This position requires a motivated, results-focused professional who excels both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will deliver exceptional customer service to established training organisations while proactively managing accounts to uncover and convert opportunities that grow income across the sector.

Taking the lead in expanding our network, you will identify and onboard new training providers, strengthen our market presence, and generate new commercial opportunities. Confident in engaging with industry stakeholders across well-established training organisations, you will be accountable for achieving and reporting on monthly income targets to the Client Strategy Manager.

About You

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:

  • Key account management experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • The ability to manage business relationships to a high standard
  • To be highly motivated and task-driven
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills
  • A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location and travel required)
