Lantmännen Bedford site is seeking a Shift Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a 12-hour shift at our food production facility.
You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met across your shift.
You will analyze OEE and waste, coach staff, conduct shift meetings, and collaborate with CI colleagues to implement effective changes.
