This role works permanent days 12-hour shifts covering days and weekdays/weekends, on a two-week rota. Shift patterns are 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.

As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our food products consistently meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in food safety regulations will ensure that our manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
You Will Be Great At
- Conducting audits and inspections to verify that food safety and quality protocols are followed across all production areas.
- Identifying areas of improvement and working with teams to implement corrective actions that enhance product quality.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards.
- Training and mentoring staff on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Accurately documenting audit results and communicating findings to both management and production teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance issues and implement preventive measures.
- Supporting the company’s continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process optimization and quality enhancement efforts.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A qualification in food science, microbiology, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Certification or training in quality auditing, food safety, or regulatory compliance (desirable).
