Brand Manager, Bakery Industry (Flexible Location)
Location: Based in Milton Keynes, Bagshot or Bedford, with 1 day per week in Bagshot.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm).
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Benefits.

We’re looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and help grow two of our most iconic brands: Americana 🍔 and Schulstad Bakery Solutions in the out‑of‑home and foodservice sectors. What You’ll Be Baking Up
- Crafting and executing brand plans that deliver real value and volume growth.
- Cooking up insight‑led marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
- Managing key agency relationships (creative, digital, PR, research).
- Leading PR and digital activity to boost our brand presence and voice in the industry.
- Supporting international markets and owning relationships with a major UK retailer.
- Collaborating with sales to whip up customer‑specific activations.
- Managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance.

- A solid background in marketing, ideally in the UK food industry.
- A flair for digital marketing, PR, and creative campaign building.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
