Job Description
Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is responsible for auditing and promoting compliance with quality and food safety procedures, providing support and guidance to the operational and NPD teams where required and ensuring standards are in line with business needs and customer requirements.

You will be great at
- Conduct routine verification activities to ensure compliance with site standards including documentation review, GMP and hard plastic audits, calibration of equipment.
- Monitor and verify product quality standards, ensuring products consistently meet specifications
- Identify, report, and investigate non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Risk assessment to identify potential food safety and quality risks.
- Allergen management – ensure controls are in place and in line with site procedures.
- Verification of CCP checks, completion of CCP audits.
- Deliver training on quality, food safety, and technical procedures to operational teams across the site.
- Accurate and timely completion of daily shift reports.
- Conducting traceability exercise and mass balance.
- Provide support during visits and audits.
- Promote a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
You are
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail
- A competent user of IT software including Outlook and MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards and Food Legislation would be advantageous
