We're looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our Milton Keynes bakery, alongside partnering with Finance, IT and Sales functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
You'll work closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, support organisational change, build management capability and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.
- What you'll be doing
- Providing strategic and operational HR support to Leaders
- Coaching, challenging and influencing leaders to drive best practice
- Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipelines
- Leading on employee relations matters and policy implementation
- Identifying people trends, risks and opportunities to support business objectives
- Driving engagement and communication initiatives across the site
- Building strong relationships across operational and functional teams
- Supporting recruitment activity and workforce growth plans
- Championing company culture, values and leadership behaviours
What we're looking for
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR degree) or relevant experience
- Strong HR generalist background
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
- An authentic, people-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively.
