Ready to make a real impact in how Lanterns customers are managed and communicated? We’re hiring a Data Analyst in Pudsey, Leeds.
Responsibilities
- Importing, exporting, updating, and maintaining accurate customer data within Lantern’s CRM and database.
- You will be responsible for all customer data, customer communications, and the outsourcing of accurate data to third parties.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
- Be confident in manipulating data using SQL and presenting recommendations for improvements, with reasons why.
- Identify areas for improvement, and report back to the core business with results.

- Salary: £30-35,000 DOE + up to 10% bonus.
- Working hours between 8am - 4:15pm Monday - Friday.
