Lantana are a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in the heart of London. We are famous for our brunches but are incredibly proud of our all-day Australian-inspired menu, not to mention our speciality coffee! We care deeply about our customers and our teams, and this has created a very special culture within the business; we would love to tell you more about it! We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join us; could it be you?
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way
- Recruiting, motivating, training and retaining your team
- Taking accountability for keeping customers happy, everyone safe, and the finances on point
- Working closely with your kitchen to unite FOH and BOH
- Being hands-on in our restaurants
What We’ll Be Doing In Return:
