We’re hiring a UX Researcher to strengthen our UX team. As one of two dedicated researchers, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction by uncovering user problems before designers start crafting solutions. Your work ensures that Lansweeper doesn’t just build features — we build the right solutions to real user needs.
Challenge
- Balancing multiple research projects across products and squads
- Building product knowledge fast while shifting between initiatives
- Recruiting and engaging B2B enterprise users, who are harder to reach than consumers
- Selecting the right methodologies (focus groups, interviews, surveys, usability testing) under time constraints
- Partnering with PMs and Designers to validate strategic product decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research across the full discovery phase: interviews, focus groups, usability tests, surveys
- Partner with Product Managers to validate business assumptions with real users
- Translate findings into clear insights, requirements, and recommendations
- Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure research insights fuel the design process
- Manage research data and knowledge base using tools like Dovetail, Typeform, Pendo
Key Requirements
Hard skills
- Professional experience as a UX Researcher or UX Designer with strong research focus
- Fluent in qualitative and quantitative methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, data analysis)
- Skilled in research tools (Dovetail, Typeform, Pendo or equivalents)
- Ability to run and moderate focus groups with enterprise customers
- Solid grounding in B2B SaaS / enterprise software context
