We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to strengthen our UX function as Lansweeper continues to grow. Your work will directly impact how thousands of IT, security, and operations teams interact with our Technology Asset Intelligence platform. Currently, our UX team has matured from generalists to more specialized product‑area experts. This role is key in deepening product knowledge, raising design maturity, and ensuring user‑centric design excellence across our expanding portfolio.
Challenge: The main challenges you will face are:
- Designing end‑to‑end user experiences within a complex B2B SaaS platform
- Working autonomously with product managers and engineers in cross‑functional squads
- Balancing qualitative and quantitative research insights to guide design decisions
- Contributing to and evolving the design system in Figma
- Driving UX maturity while keeping pace with AI‑driven productivity improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, delivery
- Conduct and analyse user interviews (recording / synthesising insights using Dovetail)
- Use Figma and Miro to design flows, prototypes, and user journeys
- Combine qualitative research and quantitative data (Pendo usage metrics) to identify opportunities
- Ensure consistency by contributing to the design system and collaborating with developers
Key Requirements:
Hard skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a UX Designer (senior / independent contributor level)
- Figma (mandatory) and visual design system knowledge
- User research techniques: interviews, usability testing, journey mapping
- Prototyping & wireframing (Figma, Miro)
- Awareness of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for developer collaboration
- Experience with tools like Pendo, Dovetail for research & analysis
Soft skills:
- Strong communicator confident in stakeholder discussions
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage projects independently
- Collaborative mindset to thrive in multidisciplinary squads
