Lansweeper's New Business team is performing well — and we're doubling down on that momentum. This is a newly created headcount role, driven by a clear strategic decision to invest further in a team that's delivering results. As we shift from a product‑led, transactional sales motion to a consultative, top‑down enterprise sales approach, we need hunters who can open doors, build pipeline, and close meaningful deals across EMEA.

Your mission: generate and close net‑new enterprise business across organizations with 1,000+ employees, within EMEA. You'll own the full sales cycle — through outbound, inbound & channel leads to closing those opportunities — targeting IT and Security leaders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) who need complete asset visibility across their environments. In year one, you're expected to build toward ~$600K ARR, ramping to a $1M annual quota.

Challenge

  • Helping to build a new outbound motion from the ground up. Outbound is a relatively new muscle for this team — the tooling and processes are actively being built. You'll need to be a builder: someone who is energized by creating structure, not frustrated by its absence.
  • Shifting the sales conversation from transactional to consultative. Lansweeper has historically been a product‑led business where deals came in and were processed. The real opportunity now is to reframe conversations — turning a subsidiary's 3K‑asset request into a global six‑figure deal by engaging the right executive stakeholders.
  • Maintaining consistent outbound execution at pace. Reaching CIOs and CISOs at 5,000–20,000‑employee companies top‑down works — but it only works if you do it consistently. Managing 30–50 active opportunities while carving out daily outbound time is the execution challenge this role demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land new business sales for enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) across EMEA, from first outreach to signed contract.
  • Execute a structured outbound strategy covering target accounts (5,000–20,000 employee organizations, with a focus on manufacturing, financial services, and other key verticals) and opportunistic outbound based on intent signals and champion movements.
  • Engage C-level and director-level stakeholders — CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors — using a top-down sales approach to position Lansweeper's total asset visibility platform as a strategic solution.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads and partner-sourced opportunities, expanding deal size by identifying global potential within accounts that enter at subsidiary level.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns (past champions, closed‑lost re‑engagement) and contribute to refining the outbound playbook as the motion matures.

Key Requirements

Hard skills

  • Proven track record in a full‑cycle B2B SaaS new business / Account Executive role, with experience closing deals ranging from $25K to $600K+ ACV.
  • Demonstrated outbound sales experience — you know how to self‑generate pipeline, not just work inbox queues.
  • Fluency in at least one major European language beyond English — German strongly preferred, with French, Spanish, or Italian also considered; English‑only candidates will not be progressed.
  • Experience selling into mid‑market to enterprise accounts (1,000–20,000 employees); ability to navigate complex buying committees and engage executive‑level personas.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and/or modern sequencing platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of how to leverage channel partners and ISVs to source and progress deals.

Soft skills

  • Resilience & consistency — you show up every day, do the work, and don't need a perfect machine to operate in.
  • Builder mindset — you're excited by greenfield opportunity and energized by the challenge of creating process, not just following it.
  • Commercial creativity — you can look at a 3K‑asset inbound request from a subsidiary and see a six‑figure global opportunity.

AI‑Specific Skills

Lansweeper is an AI‑native company. We expect you to actively use AI as part of your daily workflow — not as an occasional shortcut. That means using tools like Claude for account research, meeting prep, and outbound personalization. Experience building lightweight AI agents or automated outbound workflows is a genuine differentiator. Candidates who treat AI as optional will find this environment a poor fit.

Team Info

You’ll join the New Business team, working closely with fellow Account Executives, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Team size: 5 (including manager), distributed across Europe — mix of office‑based and fully remote. Reporting to: Sales Manager — New Business.

Our Offer

  • Salary: Competitive, based on country of employment — discuss your expectations with the recruiter.
  • Benefits package based on your country of employment, including local statutory benefits and Lansweeper‑specific perks.
  • Full remote flexibility — we have a distributed team and trust you to manage your time and output.
  • A genuine build opportunity. Career growth in a scaling sales org — as the enterprise motion matures, so does the opportunity to grow with it.

We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
