The role: Account Executive or Senior Account Executive dependent on experience. We are looking for an Account Executive, with flexibility to appoint at Senior Account Executive level depending on experience. Whether you are already working at AE or SAE level, or you are an AE ready to take the next step, this role offers real responsibility, exposure to senior colleagues and clients, and the opportunity to develop quickly with support around you. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful, high-quality work across our accounts.
What you will be doing:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping day-to-day activity moving, coordinating actions and helping programmes run smoothly.
- Taking clear ownership of elements of client projects and programmes, delivering work that meets objectives and feels joined up and well considered.
- Developing a strong understanding of each client’s business, sector and reputation, and using that knowledge to contribute confidently in meetings.
- Staying on top of relevant issues and industry trends, tracking coverage, analysing insights, spotting opportunities and starting to suggest story ideas and angles.
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and other stakeholders, and using your growing network to help secure media opportunities.
- Creating clear, engaging content, from press releases and media briefings to blogs, thought leadership and client communications, adapting tone and style for different audiences.
- Getting involved in new business opportunities, from research and insights through to supporting the development of presentations.
