Location: LEEDS, UK

Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office one week, 2 days the next (5 office days over 2 weeks).

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

Bonus: 5%, subject to terms and conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Executive, based in Leeds with flexible opportunities to work from home. The Digital Marketing Executive will support the growth of our direct-to-ecommerce business and generate traction throughout the wider marketing funnel for our brand. This role will support the execution of digital marketing activity across paid media, social media, and centre on CRM, SEO and technical website management, with potential to expand to TikTok Shop. The position will play a key role in supporting the Growth Marketing Manager by ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, and our website and CRM are optimized to drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of digital marketing experience, majoring in technical executional expertise with website (Shopify) and CRM (ex. Klaviyo), who wants to develop across multiple growth channels within a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website and E-commerce Support
    • Support website merchandising and product updates
    • Update, upload and manage promotional banners and landing pages
    • Monitor website performance metrics
    • Stay up to date with AI’s impact on SEO and search activity
    • Assist with CRO initiatives and A/B testing
    • Support new product launches on the website & assist with the implementation of UX design
    • Support wider retail search strategy and implementation alongside Sales Executive, with both paid and organic listings to optimize visibility
  • Paid Media Support
    • Assist our Growth Marketing Manager, alongside agencies with paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, Tiktok
    • Coordinate & create creative assets alongside internal teams and designers
  • Social Media Support
    • Occasional assistance with the coordination of organic social media calendars
    • Work with freelancers to identify opportunities for social content optimization
    • Assist with our influencer and affiliate program
  • CRM and Email Marketing
    • Assist with email campaign setup and scheduling
    • Support email creation and segmentation, flow creation and syncing sign up pages
    • Assist with lifecycle campaigns and automation
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Support weekly and monthly performance reporting
    • Monitor key marketing metrics
    • Assist in identifying growth opportunities through data analysis
    • Maintain dashboards and marketing reports

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing / e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of SEO
  • Strong technical website management skills (Shopify preferable)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms / CRM (Klaviyo preferable)
  • Experience with design platforms (Canva preferable)
  • Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console or digital analytics tools
  • Experience with social media/ influencer/ affiliate marketing
