Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office one week, 2 days the next (5 office days over 2 weeks)

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week (with the opportunity to work 4 days/30 hours per week)

Bonus: 5% Bonus company bonus, subject to terms and conditions

The Role

The Growth Marketing Manager will own and drive all performance-led growth, with a strong focus on SEO, affiliates, and paid advertising across TikTok, Meta, and Google. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, this role will also be pivotal to driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth and brand engagement, aligning with the overall sales and marketing objectives. This role will lead strategy and execution across digital platforms including paid social, eCRM, affiliate marketing, and TikTok advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing agency relationships, optimizing user journeys, and overseeing digital promotional strategies, with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and brand consistency.

Role & Responsibilities

DTC and Website Management

  • Oversee DTC strategy and website performance, ensuring an optimised and engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align promotional campaigns.
  • Own the visual and functional look and feel of the UK website.
  • Oversee review generation programs to enhance trust and conversion.
  • Manage live midwife chat service relationship to support customer needs and optimise consumer experience.

Performance Marketing and Agency Management

  • Manage agency on performance marketing / paid media channels (PPC & Social ads) across TikTok, Meta & Google Ads
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics, reporting on ROI and working with agency to optimise budget spend.
  • Work with agency & UK Marketing Director define quarterly priorities and target audience strategies.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Oversee affiliate programme development and optimisation, including commission structure and profitability goals.
  • Manage outreach and relationship-building with affiliate partners.

eCRM and Lead Generation

  • Own eCRM strategy, including segmentation, campaign planning, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns and list-building initiatives to maximise data recruitment.

Line Management Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of a Digital Marketing Executive
  • Responsible for management of freelance organic social media manager & content creator

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Own relevant budget lines and ensure efficient management of consumer marketing spend.
  • Continuously scope new digital and growth marketing opportunities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Understanding of .ai in relation to SEO.
  • Work with the team on other marketing projects in line with business needs.
  • Decide on promotional offers and deals for consumer-facing events and trade shows.

Skills

  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and drive projects forward.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, commercial, problem-solving mindset.

Education

  • BA or BSc degree required.
