Location: Leeds office based. Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office one week, 2 days the next (5 office days over 2 weeks). Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week. Bonus: Company bonus, subject to terms and conditions. Salary: Competitive. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident residing within commutable distance to Leeds. Role Description: The Content & Campaigns Manager is a full-time role based in Leeds with hybrid working options, allowing a blend of in-office and remote work. The role is responsible for all UK branded content across owned and third-party channels, as well as leading New Product Development (NPD) campaign delivery for the EU. This includes campaign generation, overseeing asset generation and managing photography and video production. The Content & Campaigns Manager will lead the development and execution of branded content and integrated campaigns across the UK and EU markets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening brand equity, driving awareness and consideration, and ensuring consistency of tone of voice and product claims across all consumer and trade touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong creative instinct, commercial acumen and exceptional copywriting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand and Campaign Leadership: Spearhead creative brand, product and NPD campaigns across UK and EU markets. Develop compelling campaign concepts aligned to brand strategy and commercial objectives. Ensure consistent brand tone of voice and messaging across all markets and channels. Lead on strategy for asset creation across both existing products and NPD launches.
- Content and Copy Development: Own all UK branded content across website, CRM, social, digital platforms & trade marketing materials. Develop written content for online & offline audiences, including product descriptions, marketing messaging and advertising copy. Ensure all product copy is regulatory approved for multi-channel and multi-territory use. Support the EU Product Manager with product claims and copy generation, where required.
- NPD and Launch Excellence: Partner closely with the EU Product Manager to understand the NPD pipeline and support defining the required marketing assets to support successful launches. Translate product positioning into clear, consumer-focused communication frameworks.
- Creative Production and Asset Management: Collaborate closely with the Senior EU Graphic and Creative Design Manager. Support the planning and execution of EU studio and lifestyle photoshoots (including briefing, production and delivery). Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets. Manage photography and video requirements to support brand and product campaigns and launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UK and EU marketing teams to understand market needs and campaign requirements. Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager and external agencies (where required) to ensure content is optimised for performance and conversion. Support HCP communication and content development where required.
- Budget Management: Support the Marketing Director in managing the EU marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spend across campaigns and production.
Experience
- Proven experience in brand and campaign generation within FMCG, consumer health, or a similar category.
- A strong track record of campaign generation, writing, designing, and coordinating content as well as supporting the generation of promotional materials across a wide range of channels, both B2B & B2C.
- Strong demonstrable experience of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to manage photoshoots and leading on/support creative production.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- Experienced in adapting copy for cross platform usage, including trade listings.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, regulatory and design teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across markets.
- An understanding of working within a regulated industry and/or with regulated products desirable.
