The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Manchester office. In this role, you will be the vital "boots-on-the-ground" support for our Property Management team. Your primary focus will be conducting fieldwork, maintaining accurate property records, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly. Additionally, you will cross-train to support our local leasing managers with property viewings during peak rental seasons, making this a dynamic and varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ground Operations Handover: Assist with property handovers and coordinate the key exchange process for new and departing tenants.
  • Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections (including biannual checks) to ensure the upkeep of our high-end residences.
  • Key Management: Take ownership of inventory key management.
